First Policy

Payments made for services requested through our website or the Vobee application are processed in advance. If the service is not successfully performed, a refund will be issued to your bank account under the following conditions:

• The service has not been successfully performed within 30 days from the date of request.

Refunds will not be issued in whole or in part once the payment is transferred to our account in the following cases:

• Attempting to steal or compromise another user’s account.
• Fraudulent activity or manipulation of required information.
• Providing incomplete or non-compliant information.
• No response or required information not provided within 72 hours.
• Requesting a refund after your request has already been processed or within the 30-day period.
• Submitting or sharing sensitive information that risks account theft through unauthorized channels.

Second Policy

Vobee reserves the right to change, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes may be communicated before or after implementation.
